Bye Bye kittens

The kittens have a new home now! Sunday before church I put and add up on ksl.com and before we got hem that afternoon I had a message on my phone for someone to come and see them. Luckly she decided that she wanted both of them. Yay, I love ksl! She seems like A nice girl and I am sure the kittns will be very happy. So this is Rosalind saying goodbye to the kittens, and them with their new mommy.

Here are our cats Lucy and Aslan! I kid you not this is how they feel asleep on sunday! I think that Aslan was consoling Lucy after the kittens left.

Girls night out

Hey girls! If any of you are interested I am having a Body Shop At Home Party at my house this Tuesday the 27th at 7p.m. This is my other part time job, and I haven't done any parties here since we moved here in September. I thought it was about time. I will have the stuff to chose from either pedicures or facials. Plus I will have yummy treats. Please come. I have great products for the men in your lives for Fathers day as well.

fun saturday!

After the crazy book signing the night before I went bright(actually dark) and early at 5:45 to meet some of the ladies from our ward to go to the temple. I was actually the only one to show up which is fine, I actually like going by myself. The only problem is after being up and working so late I had problems staying awake towards the end. It was nice plus I was out and on my way home by 8:30.

I picked up breakfast for the fam and headed home so Joe could take Rosalind to the Primary activity. After we went up to Jordan Landings to see Prince Caspian, and we went out to eat at the Mayan. The Mayan is Rosalind Favorite place to eat now. They have fake cliffs and waterfalls inside and do a cliff diving show through out the evening. The night we were there they also had Indiana Jones there. The chimicangas(?) and the pork empinadas are my favorite. We had a bit of a wait out side so we took some pictures. Mostly it kept Rosalind somewhat busy.

Rosalind took this one! I like it.

Stephenie Meyer

Well here she is Stephenie, I had to work the book signing for her newest book The Host. Which I still haven't finished, but I like it so far. After working the event I have decided that I am not one of those people. I am not willing to camp out for two days to be one of th first in line. I am not willing to sit/stand for five hours to get my book signed. So I guess it is good that I get to work these things, although I got there for the event at 4 and I didn't get home till around 12:30 in the morning. It was a long fun night. I got my copies of The Host and Twilight signed, and we got our pictures taken with her.

Here we are, Kerri, Stephenie, Me, and Veronica.

Mothers Days

We had a nice mothers day I got Orange rolls in bed and OJ. Rosalind and Joe made me a card. The Primary kids sang in sacrament meeting. After church we went to aunt Donna's house for dinner. There were 6 different soups to choose from. I made split pea soup.

Here are some pictures we took after church. The dress Rosalind has on is one of the dress she sent the day before.

last weekend

I had a busy weekend last weekend!
I attempted gardening, I am waiting for my seeds to come up. I think my pansies are done for though. My plan now is just to rip them out and try something different.

I took a cupcake decorating class at Joanns friday. It was fun, but I wanted more icing work than fondant. So I now think I am going to take the Wilton 1 cake decorating classes.

Rosalind recived a package from Nana in the mail Saturday, inside were two very cute dresses and this strawberry hat. My mom got the hat on a trip to S.F. in china town. She said there was a cute little chinese lady on a corner knitting them. I told her next time I want a pair of gloves.

Cousins Part 08

Joe has a ton of cousins, so every year we have a party with them. We eat, play games, visit, and do a white elephant gift exchange. Much fun is had by all. I am pretty much always the youngest there. Joe is one of the youngest cousins. Cousin Sarah puts it all together, good job this year. If you can't tell this year was a western theme.

Tulip Festival

We just finished up the Tulip Festival at Thanksgiving Point a few weeks ago. As usual for Lehi it was windy pretty much the whole time, and cold. The tulips took their time coming up, but the festival was lovely. I hope those of you that came enjoyed it as well.

Cute Rosalind(sooo... girly)

For those of you interested they dig up the tulip bulbs soon and the gardens will be selling the starting on June2nd. And they go fast!
